OM Foundation is a registered secular, gender sensitive and humanitarian public charitable trust, founded in the year 2002. The Foundation was set to provide children from urban slums with free first-rate education and basic healthcare facility. As part of this endeavor, it wishes to realize its mission by significantly contributing to quality education and healthcare of the economically and socially disadvantaged people in India. The Foundation aims to create, manage and support programs that bring about sustainable changes, predominantly in the field of equal education opportunities for children in need. OM Foundation will also provide relevant education, guidance and skills necessary for children to emerge as an assets not only for their immediate family but also for the Nation.

The Foundation is been accredited as a credible NGO by Credibility Alliance, Mumbai, India.

What We Do

Believing in the fact that "Education is the only means to develop our greatest ability and fulfill our dreams", inception of OM Foundation School, as one of the foremost initiatives of the Foundation took place in Noida, Uttar Pradesh in the year 2002 with 20 children. These children are from very poor families (Family income of less than Rs.3000 per month) who neither afford the yearly school fee nor the cost of school uniforms and the requisite school supplies. Some of these children had never attended school while others had to drop out, as their parents can no longer afford to send them because of financial hardship.

The school provides free quality education, healthcare services and balanced nutrition to the children in need living in the community. With the dedicated efforts of the team, the charisma of quality education has spread far and wide among the community, leading to an increase in number of children to 160 (One hundred sixty) from Nursery to Sixth grade in the school.

We also believe that "Health is Wealth". Healthcare is an integral component of the project. To ensure good health of all students and prevention of illnesses, growth monitoring and regular health check-ups are organized for children. They include ? Eye care, Dental care and ENT check-up camps.

OM Foundation believes in all round growth of children. Every child enrolled in the school is equally engaged in co-curricular activities like Music & Dance, Art & Craft, Fitness Exercise & Yoga, Indoor & Outdoor Games, Annual Celebrations & Educational tours activities organized in the school.

OM Foundation has an audited annual balance sheet for five (5) years, which may be provided at any point of time on request.
