OM Foundation School: 
The new academic session started from first week of April. This year Foundation has added 36 more students taking the total strength to 280. Currently the school is running classes from Nursery to IXth.
Community Initiative:

ITS Dental College and Research Centre, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh conducted free health check up camp at the OM Foundation School for the students and their families.The checkup were done in Dental, Eye, Gyne and General Medicine. The follow up checkup will be done at regular intervals. The free distribution of medicines helped the patients in getting the treatment right away.

Skill Development Program: 
OM Foundation started Youth Employability Program in partnership with Barclays' Shared Services. The program aims to reduce poverty and vulnerability by facilitating young adults, aged 17-35, from economically weak and disadvantaged areas to develop the skills required to obtain gainful employment, using a model that is market-sensitive and learner-centered. Edulever is the training partner for this program. The program targets to train and employ 100 candidates within the period of one year.
Samsung promoting Education: On April 26th 2012, team from Samsung Engineering visited OM Foundation School to promote their campaign “Spread a Smile” which focuses on promoting education through mentoring programs and donations. The occasion was the 42nd anniversary of Samsung Engineering and they celebrated this day spending their time with the students of OM Foundation School. About 50 members of SEI including Mr. Viney Kaushik, VP(HR) of SEI, visited all the classes and interacted with the students.

Summer Camp: The students of Vasant Valley School led by Ms. Amira Singh organized “Summer Workshop” for the students of VIIIth and IXth of OM Foundation School. All the activities were well structured and focused on improving the English language and Communication skills, Reading Habits and Personality Development of the students. During this period, musical sessions and sporting activities were also organized to energize the students.
British Gas Leadership visit and Cricket Match: Mr Ian Peters, Managing Director, British Gas Energy, visited OM Foundation School. He was accompanied by Mr. Pete Parsons, Head- Outsourcing British Gas and Mr. Neeraj Prasad VP- Operations, India. His visit was a motivating and joyful experience for the students. The students presented cultural program to welcome Mr. Peters and his team. Later, Foundation also organized a cricket match. The students of OM Foundation played a cricket match with the members of Centrica India, British Gas and Exl Services in Noida.
The Foundation introduced audio-visual teaching aid for classes Ist, IInd and IIIrd. The software company English Helper is helping the students to increase their proficiency in English and Social Studies through audio-visual technology.
