Prof. R.D. Shukla (M.Sc., Ph.D.)
Director
Prof. R.D.Shukla is an Education expert with a distinguished academic and research career. He has worked for 35 years in National Council for Education Research and Training (NCERT), New Delhi. During his tenure at NCERT, he held important positions like Dean (Coordination), Head of the Department for Education in Science and Mathematics and Professor (Chemistry). At NCERT, he was deeply involved in development of school curriculum and was instrumental in development of four generations of textual and instructional |

material in Science that are at par with International standards. He worked for popularization of Science and Mathematics and developed forty books in these subjects. He has published several research papers in Indian and American journals of repute and visited several countries in connection with curriculum development. United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) study visits and international conferences. |

Anju Garg
Headmistress
Mrs. Anju Garg comes with strong educational qualifications and experience in the Education sector. She is an M.A. (English Literature) and M.Ed. She has worked at various capacities in different schools for last 13 years and now manages and provides guidance and strength to teaching staff and ensures that a wide and broad based curriculum is implemented at the OM Foundation School. |

Mrs. Sunita Ganju has been working with the Foundation since its inception and was responsible for mobilizing the community. She is an M.A. in Economics and is responsible for overall administration of the School. |
