Aslam Alam’s story is a shining example of how collective efforts mixed with dedication can bring hopes to one’s life. Aslam is a 14-year-old beneficiary of OM Foundation After School Remedial program. This grade 8 student of a Govt School joined the program in the year 2016. He treats his low-income background as his strength, as it motivates him to work harder.
His 5 other siblings either are not interested in studying or are not able to study due to family hardship. But, Aslam wants to acquire great skills and has big plans for his future. Apart from academics, OM is helping him to brush upon his painting and basketball skills.
