Malika Taneja Sodhi is the co-founder of Labhya Foundation, where she takes charge of Finance & Compliance while also spearheading the People & Culture Function. Her role as a co-founder extends beyond these responsibilities, as she actively contributes to strategic decision-making across multiple departments. With a background as a Chartered Accountant, Malika has over six years of experience with KPMG, where she specialized in audit across various industries including Pharma, Manufacturing, Defense, and Telecom. In addition Malika has served as an Incubator Manager at the US Embassy. In this role, she worked closely with over 100 startups, providing invaluable business training and supporting technology commercialization efforts. This experience further solidified her passion for nurturing entrepreneurial ventures and driving innovation.
