Another training workshop on the topic of “Happy Teachers Create Happy Classrooms” was
organized for our teachers. This workshop focused on creating happy classrooms and working with
unbridled enthusiasm. The workshop began with an introduction that attempted to define happiness
via a brainstorming session. According to the trainer, the purpose of education is to create happy
individuals, and happiness in the classroom will undoubtedly help to improve students’ learning
experiences. As a result, in a happy classroom, the teacher not only encourages knowledge but also
creates opportunities for interactive and experiential learning. It was stressed that, while negative
emotions are a part of our lives, teachers must learn to cope with them and teach with a positive
attitude. It is the teachers’ duty and responsibility to help shape the next generation so that they can
become confident and self-sufficient enough to solve problems, and capable of making sound
decisions in the future. The trainer informed the teachers about various techniques that they can
use in their classrooms to make lessons more interesting for students, as well as how to teach them
skills to deal with life situations.
